CLEANPACT does not control, own, or directly handle client funds. All transactions are executed through licensed custodians and subject to third-party regulatory compliance.

5. Project Information and Due Diligence

  • CLEANPACT channels capital into vetted renewable projects, utilizing independent due diligence and third-party audits to validate integrity.
  • Company partners and sponsors must supply truthful, up-to-date project data and maintain transparency in all submitted materials.
  • Any attempt to misrepresent project information or falsify data is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Brand and Intellectual Property

  • All original content, including text, graphics, brandings, and layouts, are the intellectual property of CLEANPACT or its licensors.
  • Users may not use the CLEANPACT name, logo, or content for commercial purposes without express written approval from the Company.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Our handling of your data is governed by applicable Swiss, EU (GDPR), and international data privacy regulations.

11. User-Generated Content

  • Users may submit information related to renewable projects, investment interests, or other content as permitted by the platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant CLEANPACT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the service.
  • CLEANPACT reserves the right to remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

  • CLEANPACT may suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services shall immediately cease, and any rights to referral fees not vested at that time shall be forfeited.
